Job summary

StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing store delivery work based in Livingston. We're looking for Day or Night drivers, with regular weekly block bookings and consistent work on offer.

This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking. Pay includes basic rate, allowances, and holiday pay with weekly pay and induction support.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 6 months.
• Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card.
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes).

Responsibilities

• 1-3 store deliveries per shift, frozen goods.
• Shifts are typically 10-12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift.

Pay Rates PAYE:

Basic:£17.00ph + Holiday pay

Shift Allowances:

Between 6am & 7am£1.80ph - £18.80ph + Holiday pay

Between 6pm to 10pm£2.71 per hour - £19.71ph + Holiday pay

Between 10pm to 6am£4.36 per hour - £21.36ph + Holiday pay

Lock & drop allowance per night: £20.00

What the role involves:

1-3 store deliveries per shift, frozen goods.

Shifts are typically 10-12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week.

Day shift: Circa 04:00 and would be required to work 2 Saturdays a month.

Night shift: 17:00- 20:00 and required Sunday- Thursday or Monday to Friday

Our ideal candidate

• Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 6 months'
• Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
