Job summary

Aspion is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers for ongoing work based in Haydock with immediate starts. You will complete general haulage and RDC deliveries across the UK using box and curtain-sided trailers. This no-handball role involves regular nights out and a snap account to be provided.

Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience and valid CPC, tachograph, and licence are required. Expect nights out, strict compliance with Drivers' Hours and a professional, reliable work

• Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience.
• Previous tramping experience.
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 endorsement points.
• No previous driving bans, DR or IN endorsements.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and professionally.
• Complete deliveries and collections across the UK.
• Operate box trailers and curtain-sided trailers.
• Carry out vehicle and safety checks.
• Ensure loads are secure and transported safely.
• Complete delivery paperwork and documentation.
• Follow Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive and tachograph regulations.
• Maintain a professional approach with customers and the transport team.

Between 5:00am and 7:00am start times
£17.37 per hour (Monday-Friday) £19.05 per hour (Saturday)

The Job

Aspion are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers for ongoing work based in Haydock with immediate starts available.

You’ll be completing general haulage and RDC deliveries across the UK, using box trailers and curtain-sided trailers (Tautliners).

This is a no-handball role, with customers responsible for loading and unloading. The position involves regular nights out a snap account to be provided.

What We Need
