Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is looking for experienced class 1 drivers for a large bread bakery based in Stevenage. You will deliver fresh bread to supermarkets, distribution depots, and large wholesale companies. Most deliveries will be unloaded for you, with onload at 1-2 depots depending on site processes.

Shifts are AM or PM with start times from 06:00–10:00 for days and 15:00–17:00 for nights. The role offers weekly pay at £20.60 per hour, with an expected 8–10 hour shifts and a minimum

Qualifications

• Full UK licence and CPC & DIGI card required.
• 6 months driving experience or more.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bread to supermarkets, distribution depots and wholesale customers.
• Unload most deliveries; assist with onloading at depots as needed.

Job description

Job title: Class 1 driver

Pay rate: £20.60ph

Location: Stevenage

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for experienced class 1 drivers for a large bread bakery based in Stevenage. You will be delivering fresh bread to supermarkets, distribution depots, and large wholesale companies.

Most of your deliveries will be unloaded for you, only 1 or 2 depots you will need to onload the bread on wheels on to the loading bay for the warehouse staff to take off you

Our client will accept someone with 6 months driving experience, shifts vary depending on days or nights

Days - start times between 06:00 - 10:00

Nights start times between 15:00 - 17:00

There are various start time available to suit you!!!!

Normally between 8-10hrs job and knock guaranteed minimum 8hrs pay

We are currently looking for multiple drivers for an immediate start. We have assessment dates available.

Key Requirements
