Job summary

Gi Group are recruiting multiple experienced Class 1 day drivers for an international client in Eggborough (DN14). Salary is £16.63–£18.63 per hour. Duties include long shifts, safety compliance and timely deliveries to keep construction supply chains moving.

Applicants must hold a UK CE Class 1 licence with at least 2 years of experience, current CPC and Digi Tacho, and have no more than 6 penalty points. Induction will be paid if successful.

Qualifications

• UK, in date, Class 1 (CE) licence with 2 years experience minimum.
• Current CPC and Digi Tacho.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN,MS,TT, DR or DD codes).

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 (CE) vehicle in line with hours and safety rules.
• Complete shifts of 8–12 hours; ensure compliance with CPC/Digi Tacho.

Gi Group are recruiting multiple experienced Class 1 day drivers for our international client in Eggborough (DN14). This company provides end-to-end logistics and transport services to keep construction and building-material supply chains moving.

Class 1 shifts and pay rate:

• Monday to Friday
• Monday to Friday days - £18.63*

*Please note this is PAYE only and inclusive of advanced holiday pay

HGV Class 1 Driver - Key Duties

• 10-12 hours average shift length, minimum 8 hours

An assessment and induction will be required - this is will paid if successful.

We need drivers with the below:

• UK, in date, Class 1 (CE) licence with 2 years experience minimum
• Current and valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN,MS,TT, DR or DD codes)
