Job summary

Pertemps Stoke on Trent is recruiting HGV 1 / LGV 1 drivers to join our national client in Crewe. You will trunk goods around the Northwest, delivering palletised loads to DCs and cash and carries, with typical shifts around 10 hours per day.

You must have a full UK driving licence, CPC and Digi Card, and be comfortable driving Class 2 if required. A clean licence (no more than 6 points) and at least two years HGV experience are essential for ongoing work with this employer.

Qualifications

• Experience driving HGV vehicles (min 2 years).
• Full UK Driving Licence with CPC and Digi Card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.

Responsibilities

• Trunking work around the Northwest.
• Drive single decker curtain-sided heavy goods vehicles.
• Average 10 hours per day.
• Delivery of palletised goods to distribution centres and cash-and-carries.
• Willing to drive Class 2 if needed.
