Extra Recruitment in CV6 is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver for a long-term, ongoing full-time role in Coventry. You will operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles, including double-decker trailers, on weekday routes with no handballing and complete deliveries and collections efficiently.

Start times are between 16:00 and 18:00. It pays £17.25 per hour with weekly Friday pay, a company pension and 28 days’ holiday.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 (C+E).
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience operating double-decker trailers.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Able to commit to Monday-Friday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle.
• Operate double-decker trailers.
• Complete delivery and collection routes as required.
• No handballing involved.
• Complete vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Ensure loads transported safely and securely.
• Complete delivery paperwork and records.
• Maintain a professional and reliable service at all times.
