Job summary

Swift Recruitment is seeking a Class 1 Driver to start ASAP near Ely. Excellent hours with the potential to go permanent for top performers. Daily start around 0700 with Monday–Friday shifts and multiple drop runs.

You must have a valid CPC and Digi-Tacho, a current driving licence, and at least 1 year of Class 1 experience. Weekly pay and the option to be paid early on Thursdays are offered along with parking facilities and a loyalty bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Class 1 experience
• CPC (Digi-Tacho) card valid and in date
• Driving license valid and in date

Responsibilities

• Handle local drops, hub runs, and long-distance trips (3–7 drops per day)
• Maintain high standards and meet deadlines while liaising with customers
• Manage own workload and communicate effectively in English

We require Class 1 Drivers to start ASAP near Ely for ongoing work. Brilliant opportunity to build a career with a very respected client, with lots of hours available and a high rate of pay up to £22.00 an hour along with an opportunity to go perm for the right candidate that proves themselves. Job Description:

• Hardworking and dedicated Class 1 Driver with a can-do attitude, who is willing to learn new things.
• Customer focused worker who\'s able to manage their own work to meet deadlines as well as maintaining performance standards.
• The successful Class 1 Driver must have a good level of English communication with customers and client
• Valid and in date CPC and Digi-Tacho Card
• Local drops, Hub Runs, Long distance, 3-7 drops a day. Each day varies but general feedback from all of our drivers is brilliant!

Key Requirements:

• Class 1 experience atleast 1 year
• DIGI - tacho card, CPC, Driving License all in date
