Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in Bradford is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join their national operations. The role covers ADR/CE driving with a modern fleet and guaranteed starts.

Shift pattern Monday–Friday with 6am starts; you’ll run 2–5 deliveries per shift and receive £18.00 per hour PAYE (£21 umbrella), plus 28 days’ holiday and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Full UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Valid ADR licence covering the listed classes (2,3,4.1,4.2,4.3,5.1,5.2,6.1,6.2,8,9).

Responsibilities

• Complete morning shifts starting at 6am.
• Carry out 2–5 deliveries per shift.
• Transport ADR goods safely and in compliance with legislation.
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
• Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced

HGV Class 1 Driver, Class 1 ADR Driver, Cat CE Driver, LGV Driver, CE Driver, or

• Good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation.
