Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is looking for a Class 2 Driver to join our client in Rotherham for multi-drop deliveries and daily collections. You’ll work Monday to Friday on a fixed daytime pattern, with immediate starts available and regular weekly pay.

You must have a UK Class 2 licence, DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card, plus at least 12 months of commercial Class 2 driving experience and a professional, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 12 months' commercial Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries and collections.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ensure deliveries are safe, on time and compliant with regulations.
• Complete paperwork and electronic records accurately.

The Role

• Multi-drop deliveries + collections
• Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally and on time
• Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Road Transport regulations
• Completing all relevant paperwork and electronic records accurately

What We're Looking For

• A valid UK Class2 Driving Licence
• At least 12 months' commercial Class 2 driving experience
• A valid Driver CPC qualification (DCPC)
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service

Our client may accept up to 6 penalty points. Unfortunately, applications with DD, DR, CD, IN or TT endorsements cannot be accepted.
