Job summary

Interaction Recruitment - Oxford is seeking HGV C+E drivers for a trunking role based in Bicester (OX26). You will transport car parts on trunk runs with no manual handling. Start times vary within a 24/7 operation, typically 15:00–23:00, Monday to Thursday with occasional Fridays.

Shifts offer day and night options with pay (£17.31/hour day shift, £18.43/hour night shift) and a flat rate across hours. This PAYE role accrues holiday and provides ongoing full‑time work in a known client

Qualifications

• UK HGV Class 1 driving license with CPC and Tachograph card.
• Proven reliability and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to operate a trunking schedule safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Transport and collect car parts on trunk runs.
• Adhere to Driver Regulations and WTD.
• Maintain safe, punctual deliveries with a presentable appearance.

HGV C+E, Class 1 Trunking Driver – OX26

We are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers for an exciting new opportunity on behalf of our distribution client based in Bicester, OX26!

Salary

HGV Class 1 Driver (06:00-18:00)- £17.31 per hour.

HGV Class 1 Driver (18:00-06:00)- £18.43 per hour.

All hours are paid at a Flat Rate.

All PAYE ensures holiday is accrued on the side!

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work with an established car-manufacturing distribution client based in Bicester! Your role as a Class 1 Driver would be transporting and collecting car parts on a Trunk run basis! This role involves no manual handling, and POA can be utilised whilst waiting to be dipped and loaded to maximise driving hours.

Start times vary as they are a 24/7 operation, with start times usually raging between 15:00 to 23:00. This is typically a Monday to Thursday assignment, however there can be the occasional Friday shift.

• UK HGV C+E (Class 1) Drivers License held for a minimum of 1+ years.
• In-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

• Induction/Assessment required prior to your first assignment.
