Responsibilities

• Inbound collection and outbound trunking with load/unload support.

• Collect consignments from customers, including full trailer loads.
• Pre-use and post-use vehicle checks in line with requirements.
• Comply with road traffic laws, regs, and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) NEED MINIMUM 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE.

Key Responsibilities:

• inbound collection and outbound trunking, primarily drop-and-swap, with load and unload support as required by the client.
• Undertaking trunking services between depots, ensuring the safe, secure, and timely transportation of parcels, including high-value goods.
• Collecting consignments from established, well-known customers, including full trailer loads and drop-and-swap operations.
• Completing thorough pre-use and post-use vehicle checks in line with company and legal requirements.
• Complying fully with all road traffic legislation, industry regulations, and company health and safety standards.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with transport, dispatch, and logistics teams to support efficient operations.
