The Best Connection is seeking an experienced HGV Cat C+E driver to join our client based in Southampton. This ongoing role offers potential for full-time permanent work. Salary is £17.00–£18.50 per hour, with shifts Monday to Friday and a 10-hour minimum. On-site parking is available and overtime may be offered on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting containers from docks to local companies or trunking to the Midlands.
• Day or night trunking up to the Midlands with general haulage.
• No hand-balling involved; ensure containers secured and perform vehicle checks.
• Report issues to the night manager.
