Job summary

Manpower UK Ltd is recruiting for multiple Class 1 (C+E) ADR drivers. The role involves trunking between depots and loading at local refineries. Pay starts at £18.84 per hour with guaranteed 42.5 hours weekly; overtime and weekend premiums apply. Night drivers may have a higher nightly rate.

DBS checks are required, with DBS clearances preferred. Shifts typically 4 on, 2 off, starting 4am–6am or 16:00–18:00. Benefits include free onsite parking, comprehensive training, and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E driving licence with 2 years truck/HGV experience.
• Digi Card and DCPC card held.
• ADR Class 2 in tanks is required.

Responsibilities

• Trunking work depot to depot.

• Adherence to weekend time-and-a-half where applicable.

Job description

Manpower have an existing vacancy for multiple C+E (Class 1) ADR Drivers

The role is Trunking work depot to depot and loading out of the local refineries.

Pay £18.84 per hour - Guaranteed 42.5 hours per week £28.26 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and time and a half at weekends. Night Drivers get £20 per night. Rates are PAYE including 28 days holiday per year. Shifts 4 on 2 off shift pattern, starting between 4am and 6am days or 16:00 - 18:00 Nights

The role is due to start in September and will run until the end of March 2027 when it will be reviewed.
