Love Success seeks a Temporary Supply Planning Administrator in Clapham. The role is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, at £15 per hour plus holiday pay, starting Monday 12th October and running until approximately March 2027 with a strong extension or permanent possibility.

You will support the supply and delivery process, handling invoices, shipment documents and orders, verifying invoices, and filing records in a busy team of eight.

Qualifications

• Organised and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in administrative roles, logistics, supply chain, finance or operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Verifying and approving supplier and transporter invoices.
• Handling documentation relating to shipments and ensuring records are accurately filed.
• Processing invoices and managing associated procedures.
• Monitoring outstanding orders and updating delivery dates.
• Supporting the wider Supply Planning Team with administration and coordination.
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure information is up to date.
