Job summary

Marshmallow is expanding its Claims Validation Team in the United Kingdom. You will review indemnity referrals, conduct investigations with policyholders by phone and email, and work closely with the wider claims and fraud teams to protect customers and reduce loss ratios.

Qualifications

• Background in fraud or claims/policy validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver high quality service.

Responsibilities

• Review indemnity referrals flagged by the wider claims team and decide on actions.
• Investigate first-party claims by contacting policyholders via phone and email and follow-up investigations.
• Minimise leakage by working proactively and efficiently.
• Contact customers for document requests or policy changes and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with claims and fraud teams to build strong internal relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes to protect the company loss ratio and honest customers.
