Job summary

Apollo, a Skyward Group company, is seeking a senior claims professional to oversee Platform Partner Syndicates at Lloyd’s. You will manage delegated authorities, provide technical guidance on complex claims, and liaise with senior stakeholders to optimize outcomes.

Hybrid working is offered, with a focus on governance, reporting and cross-functional collaboration across Apollo’s platform partner network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience handling and overseeing claims within the Lloyd's and London Market environment.
• Broad claims knowledge across multiple classes of business.
• Experience managing delegated claims authorities, TPAs or other third-party claims service providers.
• Strong understanding of Lloyd's processes and market standards.
• Ability to assess complex claims issues and provide practical guidance.
• Experience producing claims reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading claims oversight activity across Platform Partner Syndicates.
• Managing delegated claims authorities and governance frameworks.
• Providing guidance on complex, high-value claims.
• Monitoring performance, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with Head of Claims on large losses and strategy.
• Producing and maintaining high-quality PPS governance reporting.
