ClaimSorted is building faster, more transparent claims operations by aligning claims and product teams with data-driven process improvements. This in-person London-based role focuses on eliminating friction in frontline workflows and delivering tangible efficiency gains.

You’ll work at the intersection of claims operations and product operations, turning frontline insights into scalable changes and measurable outcomes for insurers and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong process thinking and ability to map workflows.
• Comfort with data in spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Clear written communication for claims, leadership, and product.
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder skills across claims, product, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between claims, operations and product, ensuring product decisions reflect real claims-handling needs.
• Identify inefficiencies by working with claims adjusters, reviewing workflows, and analyzing claims data.
• Collaborate with the product team to design, test, and implement process improvements that speed up claims.
• Ensure new processes and automations are implemented properly and adopted by the claims team.
• Track the impact of process changes using data, feedback, and operational metrics.
