Claims Operations Manager – UK

Would you like to join a highly-respected UK Claims operation in a leading role? Can you bring a wealth of claims-based operations experience including the ability to bring varied data sets to life?

If so, then we'd love to hear from you for this important role that supports a key business area, leading operations and enabling improvements in close collaboration with Senior Leadership.

Our UK Claims team operates on a hybrid basis, with the flexibility to work both virtually and from a regional office.

What the day will look like
  • Assisting in the monthly operational governance process and producing output for inclusion.
  • Escalation, tracking, and completion of actions raised in audit and assurance work.
  • Delivery of successful operational and business-related change projects as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver company initiatives.
  • Assisting with change management and operational improvements.
  • Identifying and implementing key change projects to improve operational efficiency or regulatory adherence, including project management and ad-hoc support.
  • Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance policies, including risk management and mandatory training.
  • Managing key stakeholders and developing relationships with business colleagues.
