A leading UK insurance business is seeking a UK Commercial Claims Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and elevate its commercial claims function. This is a senior role reporting to the leadership team, overseeing delegated authorities, MI / reporting, workflow management, and continuous improvement across the UK commercial claims organisation.
You’ll lead a centralised, multi-disciplinary claims operations team and be a key partner to underwriting, brokers, and other business functions, ensuring outstanding service delivery and operational performance in a commercial insurance environment.
