We are seeking a Motor Claims Team Leader to manage a team of Motor Claims Handlers handling Personal Injury and Credit Hire cases. Responsibilities include training, development, workload allocation, handling escalations, and compliance checks. You will serve as a technical referral point but not manage your own caseload.
