The Emerald Group in Birmingham is seeking a claims professional to deliver a high level of service while managing claims processes and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.

You will liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to resolve claims, prepare documentation for underwriters, and maintain precise records in internal systems. Progression toward professional qualifications is encouraged.

Competenze

• Educated to A-Level standard (grades A–C or equivalent).
• Progression toward professional qualifications is desirable but not essential.
• Ideally has some experience in a claims role, particularly within an international broker.
• Understands the general principles of insurance and the claims-handling process.
• Familiar with London market operations (Lloyd’s and company markets).
