Role Summary and Purpose
  • Handle a variety of SME and Large Account D&O/FI/TRIP claims in both lead and follow capacities within a busy Financial Lines claims team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manage claims from initiation to resolution, including review, analysis, and interpretation of policy wordings.
  • Attend market meetings to discuss coverage issues, strategy, and reserves.
  • Maintain close relationships with TPAs, MGAs, and brokers.
  • Conduct audits on TPAs and MGAs.
  • Complete monthly reviews and spreadsheets for MI purposes.

Skills / Competencies
  • IT literate
  • Experience with Iris/Guidewire Claim Centre preferred but not essential
Qualifications
  • University degree (preferably in Law)
  • Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications
Experience
  • 2-3 years’ claims handling experience
