Job summary

ARAG UK in Bedwas is seeking an entry-level Claims Handler to join our claims team. You will case-manage a range of claims, provide excellent customer service, and support the claims lifecycle from first contact to resolution. Full training and a clear progression path are provided.

We offer a 35-hour week with no evenings or weekends, hybrid working (two days in the office after training), plus benefits such as pension, generous holiday, employee discounts and protection schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact center is beneficial.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stay patient and calm with challenging claims.
