A leading accident repair group in the UK is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and manage bookings. The role requires at least one year of contact centre experience and offers a salary of £31,161 per annum, with opportunities for progression and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and team events.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone call, emails, and webchat.
Processing customer bookings by telephone and email in line with company processes.
Accurately input data onto Halo's internal systems.
Manage booking volumes to support all sites throughout the business.
