Applicants should be computer literate with experience of administration procedures. Good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Claims handling experience is not essential, but would be of benefit. Training will be provided.

Duties will be dealing with property damage claims against Stagecoach companies or recovering the bus company's losses where the bus company are not at fault.
