This is a 100% home-based role, providing all necessary tools (including a top-of-the-range Apple MacBook and additional screens) and a supportive team environment.

Due to ongoing partnerships with diverse MGAs, there is a need for an experienced Motor Claims Handler. Candidates with a background in Private or Commercial Motor claims, with at least 3 years’ experience including Damage losses, are encouraged to apply. Experience in settling claims within an insurance company, delegated authority, or via a loss adjusting firm or TPA is essential.

This role requires self-motivation, excellent organisation, and task management skills. The candidate should be client-focused, proactive, and adept at problem-solving and delivering excellent outcomes. Strong communication and rapport-building skills are necessary to handle various stakeholders and complex conversations empathetically.
