Aviva is hiring a Customer Service Expert in Norwich to support pension and bereavement queries. The role is full-time 35 hours per week, with the option to extend to 40 hours, and shift pattern 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.
You will receive comprehensive training and coaching to learn our products, helping customers when they need us most, and you’ll be part of a supportive team with competitive benefits.
Starting salary £26,900–£29,665, plus benefits including pension and private medical cover.

Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working). However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for an enhanced 40 hour contract.
Allocated shift pattern between: 08:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
