Job Description for Posting

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

The ideal candidate will have some previous claims experience, preferably within Property or Liability, but other areas of insurance and claims will also be considered. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and process insurance claims
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
• Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

• Previous claims experience, preferably within Property or Liability, but other areas are acceptable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Proficiency in claims management software

Preferred:

• Knowledge of commercial claims
