The key purpose of this role includes managing Property Owners, Flats, residential lets, and Landlord Claims on a daily basis:
We are seeking applicants with the capacity to manage their own portfolio of Property Owners claims and the ability to interpret Loss Adjusters or Surveyor reports. You should also possess good communication skills and be able to explain the reasoning behind any decisions to interested parties. Candidates must have experience in handling Property claims (Household or commercial).
