Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Claims Communications and Proposition Consultant in Norwich to turn complex information into clear, engaging communications for colleagues, brokers and clients. You will develop content and propositions, collaborate with Claims Relationship teams and stakeholders across the business, and help shape messaging that reflects Aviva’s commercial claims priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, content development, propositions, marketing, stakeholder engagement or a degree in the marketing field is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across different teams and levels of seniority.
• Experience developing presentations, briefing materials or engagement content, with knowledge of Commercial Claims or insurance markets being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials that support broker, client and colleague engagement, including presentations and proposition content.
• Create case studies, insight reports and events to ensure messaging is clear and aligned to business priorities.
• Gather feedback and market insight to shape conversations and opportunities for the claims propositions.
