Claims Coordinator – Major Loss

Are you someone with a curiosity about organising and problem-solving?
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic Major Loss team.
If you excel in planning and relationship management while providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!

About the job:

You will provide vital administrative support to our Major Loss Field teams, playing a key role in supporting Home Major Loss Claims. This position focuses on supporting the team throughout the claim lifecycle, ensuring key milestones are met, delivering excellent customer outcomes, reducing claim durations, and optimizing indemnity spend.

Your responsibilities include coordinating instructions and on-site meetings with customers, third parties, and suppliers; handling calls from adjusters, customers, and suppliers; updating claim files; arranging payments within authority; assisting with emails; and providing general IT support using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Skills and experience:

  • Good knowledge of Home Claims.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience handling complaints.
  • Ability to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
