We have an interim opportunity available for 6 months for a Claims Client Relationship Manager based in our London office. This is a fast-paced role and entails building and maintaining a portfolio of accounts within the Real Estate practice. The job holder will need to develop good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Broking community, the Client, and Chubb claims, sales and underwriting colleagues. Importantly, the majority of Real Estate accounts include a Third-Party Administrator appointment, and therefore it is essential to work closely with our Vendor team and our TPA partners to provide the best outcome for our Brokers and Clients. Our business development colleagues will require our support in growing the portfolio, starting at the quoting/offering or tender stage, during the contract period or for contract renewal.
