You will be responsible for acting as a mentor to junior members of staff to support with their technical development.This will be a dynamic role, you will work closely with the Casualty management team, focused upon continuous improvement, you will assist with and on occasions lead key operational and strategic initiativesIn addition, you will use your claims expertise to support the feedback loop to key stakeholders and our culture of underwriting excellenceWhat you’ll need to succeedCandidates will ideally have proven Employers Liability and/or Public Liability Claims handling experience, with Casualty experience being an advantage. A customer centric mindset is critical.Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment within which such claims are handled.Proven ability to make an accurate and timely decisionPolicy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation.Lateral thinking and the ability to problem solve and develop new ideas to improve working practices.You will have strong desire to support a key aim of continuous improvement, identify opportunities and contribute to effective solutions.Strong communication, time management, administrative and report-writing skills.Ready to take the next step in your career?
