Chadwick Nott is recruiting an Employment Rights Lawyer with 2+ years PQE to join a leading national claimant practice. Location offers multiple UK office options with hybrid flexibility.

The role involves managing a varied claimant caseload, providing empathetic client care and expert employment advice. You will handle unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and tribunal litigation while supporting clients through sensitive workplace issues.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience handling claimant employment matters
• Strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Genuine commitment to supporting individuals facing workplace injustice

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant employment matters, supporting clients through challenging situations
• Advise on merits, risks and strategy for each case
• Provide clear, practical guidance throughout the client journey
• Assist with Unfair dismissal, Discrimination, Whistleblowing, Redundancy and workplace disputes
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and related litigation
