Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Estimator - Cladding and Fire Stopping for a role based in Worcestershire with national coverage. You will prepare and review quotations, manage tenders and budgets, and drive competitive costings across commercial projects up to £5m.

Qualifications

• Experience as Estimator in cladding, façade, building envelope, fire door, SFS or fire stopping sectors.
• Ability to manage incoming tenders and produce quotations to tight deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Estimation and costing for cladding and fire stopping projects.
• Producing and reviewing quotations to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Building relationships with developers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
