Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Estimator – Cladding and Fire Stopping to join its building envelope team. Based in Worcestershire, you will price cladding, façade and fire stopping solutions for commercial projects and produce competitive quotations.

You will build strong relationships with developers, subcontractors and clients, oversee project budgets and cost plans, and support tendering for schemes up to £5m.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator across cladding, façade or building envelope sectors.
• Ability to produce quotations to tight deadlines and maintain cost control.
• Strong IT skills with Excel proficiency and general MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review quotations for cladding and fire stopping solutions.
• Cost and budget planning for projects up to £5m.
• Build relationships with developers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Assist with risk and value management and tender preparation.
