Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Estimator - Cladding & Fire Stopping to lead costings on nationwide commercial projects. Based in Worcestershire, you will prepare quotations, monitor budgets and liaise with developers, subcontractors and clients on projects up to £5m.

The ideal candidate has Estimator experience in cladding or building envelope sectors, can manage tenders to tight deadlines, and is proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Formación

• Experience as an Estimator in cladding, façade, or building envelope sectors.
• Ability to produce quotations and cost plans under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and review quotations for cladding and fire stopping projects.
• Build relationships with developers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Prepare and oversee project budgets and cost plans.
• Carry out risk and value management.
• Oversee costing of quotations and tenders.
• Work on projects up to £5m.
