Job summary

Adler and Allan is seeking a Civils Team Leader for on-site drainage projects in Ipswich. This permanent, full-time role supports supervisors and coordinates operatives, ensuring safe, compliant work across multiple sites.

You will manage tasks, liaise with clients and engineers, and participate in a 1–4 on-call rota. A robust health-and-safety mindset and full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead Operatives to assist in the delivery of on-site works to a safe and compliant standard.
• Lead teams ensuring high workmanship and safe operations on drainage/construction sites.
• Must hold CSCS and Streetworks qualifications; strong health and safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and ensure the safety of all on site.
• Follow company policies, risk assessments and method statements.
• Report all accidents, incidents and near misses.
