• You will be on-site for part of the role, completing site quality & health and safety checks.
• You will manage subcontracting and direct labour teams, ensuring they meet agreed SLAs.
• Hold meetings with clients and councils on-site and in the office to provide regular KPI/performance updates.
• Ensure procurement is correct and that teams have enough equipment and resources to complete projects.
• Think on your feet to deal with daily issues while motivating subcontractors and direct labour.
• Have a background in fibre network build projects, focusing on civils/underground work.
• Ideally, have experience with Openreach or PIA Network, with knowledge of relevant regulations and specifications.

The salary ranges from £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience.
