Job summary

Central Employment is seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to own major civil engineering projects from inception through to completion. The role leads site teams, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, and ensures delivery to programme and budget while upholding HSE standards.

Applicants should have a strong background in roads, sewers, RC works and earthworks, with valid CSCS/CPCS and SMSTS qualifications, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Civils Project Manager looking to take ownership of major civil engineering projects from inception through to completion?

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join a growing contractor delivering a diverse range of civil engineering works across the North East. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects, manage site teams, and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful business.

The Role

As a Civils Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more projects, overseeing operational, commercial, programme and health & safety performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Projects will include:

• Roads & Sewers
• Building & Infrastructure Works
• Reinforced Concrete Structures
• Earthworks

Key Responsibilities

• Full project responsibility from planning through to completion
