Global Power Services in Inverness is seeking a Civils Planning Engineer to develop and maintain project programmes from tender through completion. You will work with Project Managers to convert tender programmes into delivery plans using Primavera P6 and WBS, updating monthly with site reviews and governance reports.

Formación

• Experience in civils planning is desirable; candidates with site experience welcome.
• Experience with design, construction and commissioning projects.
• Primavera P6 proficiency is preferred.
• Site-based experience in civil or HV/cabling projects is valued.
• Experience with main contractor interfaces and capital works is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Convert tender programmes into detailed delivery programmes with Project Managers.
• Develop and update project programmes using WBS and Primavera P6.
• Update live project programmes monthly with site reviews as required.
• Provide programme updates and reports for governance and clients.
• Support recovery planning and action plans to mitigate delays.
• Assist with tender-stage planning and resourced programmes.
• Ensure programmes reflect construction sequence, procurement, testing.
• Support progress reporting and certification requirements.
• Visit sites to assess constraints and inform planning and method statements.
• Promote continuous improvement in planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with Planning Team and Project Managers for high-quality service.
