Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Minor Civils Planner to support the Southern Water contract from Tonbridge Depot, Kent. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per annum.

• Collaborate with supervisors, site teams, subcontractors to develop schedules.
• Allocate resources and schedule works to optimise efficiency.
• Coordinate with supervisors to obtain the correct equipment for orders.
• Track timelines using planning software and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliant with safety and environmental regulations.
• Document and report progress to senior management and clients.
