Job summary

Lanes Group is recruiting for a permanent, full-time role at Tonbridge Depot (Kent) on our Southern Water contract. The position offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.

Scheduling with supervisors, site teams, subcontractors, and contractors for manhole works.
Resource and equipment management to ensure on-site readiness.

Responsibilities

Plan and maintain project schedules, updating stakeholders on progress.
Coordinate with supervisors and teams to create realistic timelines for works.
Manage logistics and equipment to avoid delays and ensure smooth execution.
Track timelines and deliverables using planning software and maintain records.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, engineers and customers as the central contact.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Document progress and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Adhere to company policies and drive collaborative working across teams.
