• Proven project and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage, SuDS, highways and development infrastructure projects.
• Take responsibility for technical delivery and project quality.
• Manage key client and developer relationships.
• Review Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers.
• Manage project workload, programmes and priorities.
• Work closely with the wider leadership team.
• Help shape the future direction and growth of the Civils business.
