Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Civils Ganger to lead small operational teams delivering utility and drainage works across the Isle of Wight. You will supervise operatives on site and manage daily works to ensure productivity and safety.

The role requires a proven track record in civils gangs, background in utilities/drainage/highways, and a full UK driving licence. SSSTS/NRSWA are desirable qualifications, and you will coordinate with Project Managers and Supervisors while completing site

• Utilities, drainage or highways background
• Full UK Driving Licence
• SSSTS beneficial
• NRSWA qualification desirable
