Job summary

NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Civils Field Manager to support the delivery of asset replacement works under the Northern Powergrid contract in the North East region. This hands-on role coordinates site activities, leads-site teams and drives performance to meet safety, quality and programme targets.

You will plan labour, plant and materials, manage RAMS and as-built records, and maintain strong client relationships with Northern Powergrid while ensuring compliance with HSQE policies and

Qualifications

• Experience in operational civils related to excavations, utilities or power distribution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and contract management capabilities.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities and lead Supervisors, Planners, Engineers and Operatives across multiple projects.
• Ensure safer, on-time delivery within budget and programme requirements.
• Act as main operational contact with Northern Powergrid and maintain client relationships.
• Plan and allocate labour, plant and materials to meet demands.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements; manage RAMS and as-built records.
