Job summary

NG Bailey Group Limited are recruiting for Civils Operatives to join a mobile North West / North Wales crew, delivering civils work on live sites across multiple locations. The role focuses on safe, high-quality groundworks and utilities-exposed tasks with a company vehicle provided.

The ideal candidate will have civils/groundworks experience, ability to read drawings, and familiarity with small plant. A full UK driving licence is essential for this mobile role.

Qualifications

• Experience in civils or groundworks, ideally around utilities.
• Ability to work to specifications and drawings.
• Confidence using small plant and equipment.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness.
• Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily planned civils tasks on live sites.
• Excavations to expose underground services.
• Reinstatement works: kerb laying, tarmac laying, flag laying, block paving, floor screeding.
• Work as part of a mobile team across the North West / North Wales.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety at all times.
