Your role includes building strong client relationships, attending regular meetings, monitoring programmes and costs, and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery through effective subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in drainage / infrastructure / earthworks / commercial projects.
• Experience as a Contracts Manager handling multiple civils projects concurrently.
• Strong client and stakeholder engagement and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee approximately 3-5 live civils projects at any one time.
• Manage operations, commercial aspects and client-facing activities across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings, progress reviews and project meetings.
• Review programmes, progress, costs and delivery performance.
• Ensure safety, programme adherence and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chains.
• Resolve operational issues across sites and provide leadership.
