Job summary

Code Resources LTD is recruiting a Civil Technician in Manchester with hybrid working. The role involves producing drawings and documentation for residential and commercial civil schemes and supporting the civils team on infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in civil drafting, hands-on use of Civil3D, AutoCAD, Causeway and Microdrainage, and experience with technical submissions such as s38/278/104.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as civil technician or assistant civil engineer producing drawings for residential/commercial projects
• Experience using Civil3D, AutoCAD, Causeway and Microdrainage
• Experience assisting with technical submissions (e.g. s38/278/104) preferred

Responsibilities

• Produce drawings and documentation for civil and infrastructure schemes
• Assist in the design of civil projects within the civils team
• Support senior engineers and contribute to technical submissions

c£35k - £45k + package

Our client a respected and established engineering design consultancy is recruiting a civil engineering technician due to steady and continuous growth to be based out of the Manchester offices. As a Civil Technician you will be part of a civils team working on the design of a variety of civil and infrastructure schemes.

As a civil technician the role offers hybrid working and an above average remuneration package with scope for progression.

About You and the role

• You should have 3 yrs+ experience as a civil technician or assistant civil engineer producing drawings and documentation on residential and commercial projects assisting in the design of a range of civil projects
• You will have experience using software such as Civil3D, Autocad, Causeway, Microdrainage
• Ideally experience assisting with technical submissions eg s38/278/104 applications etc
