Job summary

Nuvia UK, a VINCI Construction subsidiary, seeks a Package Manager for civil/structural works in Culham with hybrid travel. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary design, stakeholder engagement, and building services integration on MPAC/J1 projects.

You will support concept development, option appraisal, cost estimation, and governance outputs within a regulated environment, ensuring alignment with client briefs and delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering, construction, facilities, project management, or technical degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Engineer, Chartered Project Professional or equivalent professional accreditation desirable.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations and infrastructure project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review MPAC facility designs and assess applicability to J1 Building configuration.
• Develop MPAC pre-concept facility layouts with stakeholder requirements and constraints.
• Organise and document stakeholder engagement to define requirements and traceability.
• Coordinate modifications to J1 infrastructure including building services and utilities.
• Support development of project controls information and schedules.
